This is exciting in so many ways! I’m reuniting with one of the proven best Realtors in our area – Dave Caccavaro. We first met at Keller Williams New Bern in mid 2021, when Marion and I had just moved here from Arizona.
He and I connected because we shared both a ton of real estate experience and an intense interest in teaching a coaching real estate agents. While Dave ran his Productivity Coaching program, I supported him by teaching the Keller Williams “Millionaire Real Estate Agent” business systems and models to agents in his program.
This year, when Dave decided to build his own real estate team, he had I talked through how I might bring my expertise in the Keller Williams teaching and coaching world by helping him plan his new business.
We’ve been planning and doing ever since. And we’ve come up with what we believe is a great strategy and approach for building a business that fits us while creating a special niche in the market.
Our inspirations are two; 1) a re-released Keller Williams publication, “Your First Home” and 2) a new national targeted buying program for military, police, firefighting, emergency services, teaching, and nursing professionals, “Homes for Heroes”.
In building a team we are determined to keep it small, and follow the Gary Keller MREA leads, listings, leverage principles as written in “The Millionaire Real Estate Agent”.
