October launched a demonstration series of small group discussions aimed at newer agents. For us, “newer’ means new licensees, but also agents who’ve been licensed longer and realize they’re getting off to a slower start than they wanted.
We’ve decided to name the program “CORE”. The initial group is 4 agents who were invited to join after initial interviews with Director of Education & Sales Managers David Dynes and me.
There are 12 meetings in the series covering 10 fundamental topics ranging from Mindset through Business Planning, The Market, Marketing You, Communicating with Buyers and Sellers, and much more.
CORE is designed to help fill the gap that new agents fall into after completing licensing when they are faced with what can feel like a barrage of broker and MLS/Association education, advice, and products.
Done right, our program will connect newer agents to both the company’s ongoing “TAU” curriculum and its voluntary Mentoring program where agents team with an experienced hand through their first two transactions.
David has already sent participants the first request for their feedback. We’re excited to get CORE underway.
