Planning for Agent Success

Yesterday afternoon our Keller Williams Check Reaty  Leadership Team spent a few hours rebuilding our and reorganizing our thoughts about how to dramatically improve what has been known until now as “new agent orientation”. What we did is, right now, less important that how we did it.

We are an already successful business family that has a much bigger and better vision of what we can become. Building on present success is always the best way, and the best time, to act.

Our owner is getting involved in planning with us again. For a time she had stepped back–and the team took charge and showed it can run the business day to day and month to month with very positive results. Now together we are turning again to the bigger picture–how to re-cast and refine our plans for growth.

Interestingly, we’re starting with how to systematically orient new agents to being one of us, in the highest impact way that also makes best use of time and resources. This company truly is all about the success of its agents.

Based on yesterday, and based on what I know about this team individually and collectively, an explosion of successful growth and productivity lies ahead. Sound exciting–I mean really exciting? Oh yes it is!
